To log in to the POWERZONE go to www.ambitenergy.com and click on the powerzone tab and you will need your Consultant # and your password.
The first place to visit in the powerzone to help get you started is the Ambit University. After you click on the Ambit University tab there is a video that explains a duplicating and easy system for gathering customers and business partners. And there is an awesome list builder you can fill out!

Here is a list of all your websites. Even though there are 12, you only need to use 2. One for customers and one for consultants. The Energy526 and the WhyAmbitWorks videos are a little different. Watch them and see which one you like the best so you know which one to give out to prospects.
(There are only 3 different websites. whyambitworks, joinambit, and energy526. For example with the joinambit site, you will see you have 2 to choose from. Pick the one that will best suit you to use, weather it be the joinambit, or myenergy101. Remember your nickname/domain name will always be in front of each site followed by a period.)

(WhyAmbitWorks) These sites show the opportunity video. If you cannot use the DVD to show someone the opportunity in person, then you can use this website to show them instead. This video explains the company, what customers get, and how we get paid. After you have shown someone this video, they may or may not have questions. For best results plug into your SC or above and do a 3 way call with them to help get their questions answered and give them more information.
(Energy 526) These sites also shows the opportunity video. They may look similar, but they are not the same. Energy 526 goes into more detail about the DSA, BBB, and some of the awards Ambit Energy has received. It is recommended that you check out both videos and then decide which one best fits you to use.

Guide to your Powerzone
On your Dashboard (home page) of your Powerzone you will see a series of 8 category tabs, in yellow, at the top and in the middle of the screen a collection of “widgets”.
Widgets: The widgets can be moved, removed, or added. The company has taken, what they believe, to be the most popular places of the Powerzone and made them to be available in a quick and easier way.
Remove: You can remove a widget by clicking on the red X on the upper right hand corner of the box.
Move: To move a widget, place your cursor on the gray top portion of the square. When you see the cursor turn into a different arrow, left click your mouse and hold it, then drag it to the area you want to place it.
Add: When you scroll down to the bottom of your screen you will see a black bar. To bring a widget back, left click, hold, drag and drop it back to the middle of your page.

The Powerzone Category Tabs
MY DASHBOARD: Clicking this will return you to your homepage.
MY BUSINESS:
My Profile: This is where you can edit your personal information including your address, sign up for direct deposit, phone numbers, emails, ect. There is a gray bar that will ask “select a profile to view/edit Personal or Website”. When you click on “website” profile, this is where you can edit your payment method/card information and upload a photo to be on your websites.
Consultant Reports: This is where you can view all the consultants in your business. You can break down the group you are wishing to view by checking boxes in different categories. If you want to view them all click on the drop down menu in the
No. of Consultants Displayed per Page category and select view all. Then scroll down to the bottom, below the map, and click submit.
Customer Reports: This is the section to view your own personal customers and status’s. Or you can view your downline customers in a graph form and see where they all fall as far as levels and organization.
*Commission Reports: You can view all of your weekly bonus checks, and monthly residual checks. Even if you signed up for direct deposit you can still view and print them out here. Consultant Leadership Bonus’s: Click on Detail in the drop down menu. This will show you a list of every consultant that is coded to you that has joined the business in the last 28 days. When the consultants gather customers, you can view their progress here. You can see how many days they have left to get their jump start bonus. Once you have been paid on a “triggered” consultant, they will be removed from the list. You can still view them by going back to your Consultant Report page and narrow down the search by selecting consultants that have joined in the past 30 days, or this month. If you are looking for a particular person, you can enter their name on the right side of the page and click Search.
Alerts: You can have a text message sent to you every time a consultant joins your organization. Or you can request one be sent to you. If you need help setting this up for the first time you can call consultant support at 877-30-AMBIT.
Promotion watch: This is also available as a Dashboard Widget. This shows how many consultants/customers you need to reach your next promotion.
BUSINESS TOOLS:
Business Presentations: You can select a state you want to view in the drop down menu. You can upload a Power Point, or PDF file of any state presentation. Also available in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Polish.
Consultant Tools: You will see a list of different documents for consultants in a PDF form. Here you will find a break down of How we Get Paid, Ambit Energy’s Policies & Procedures, the proper way to use the Ambit logo ext.
Customer Tools: Here you will find printable PDF files for customer information like Coverage Maps that we are currently available for service, Frequently asked questions about our Free Energy program, and Terms of Service for all states (Illinois customers must have this before verifying they’re energy order). Here you can print out the Customer Enrollment Forms. If you are enrolling Nicor customers, have the Nicor deposit waiver form on hand just in case someone has a deposit. Residential Customer Transfer form can be used if you go to sign up a customer and they have already signed up on their own, but not under a consultant. Nothing will change with their service, they will just have you as their consultant.
Consultant Flyers: These flyers are designed for prospecting for business partners. You can find one for each state in different languages. On the bottom of the flyer fill out your information and simply print them out. The free Energy flyers are also available here.
Customer Flyers: These flyers are specially made to show what customers rates/guarantees, incentives, ext in different states/languages. Fill out your information at the bottom before printing them out. There are Free Energy Flyers here too.
Affiliate Partners: You can find a printable flyer, and more information on this program. Please note that unless an organization can have access to thousands of customer (like the Susan Koleman breast cancer just as an example) the group would probably make more money joining as a consultant. Talk to your leader before signing up, or talking with a prospect organization.
Lead Management: Also located on your Dashboard as a Widget. When someone goes to your consultant, or customer website, they may request “more information.” When this happens you will be notified by email that someone has requested this and if they wrote any kinds of questions, phone number or email address. Here you can see a list of the potential customer or business partners names and comments. They will begin to receive automated emails over a period of time that will match which website they went to. You can also view these emails and their contents, and you can move the order in which they will be received by the prospect.
AMBIT UNIVERSITY: This is the first section you will want to visit in your Powerzone! Here you will find pre-made scripts that can give you ideas on how to approach a new prospect about your business or to become a customer. There are videos that will teach you the proven system that will make you successful in this business. It is highly recommended that you print off the worksheets and most importantly fill them out!!! When you bring in a new consultant you should point them to this section of the Powerzone so they can get started the right way too.
EVENTS AND PRESENTATIONS: Also available as a widget on your dashboard. First you will want to select which state you would like to view in the drop down menu. You can then narrow down your search by city. Click on the highlighted dates on the calendar itself to view a pop up window with information on the time, date, location, and special speaker. It is recommended that prospects have already viewed the presentation by video or website before taking them to a live meeting.
Conference Call: There is a free conference call every Sunday. You can find the phone number, pin number and times in this section.
Ambition: The most important investment you can make to take your business to the next level! This event takes place once a year, usually in Sept. You will receive emails that will include updates and special information on this event. Register for this event once it is available to do so. You never know what kind of special promotions will be available to only those that attend. Contact your leader for more information.
SUCCESS SHOWCASE: As you promote and become successful, leaders are recognized here. They are recognized for their leadership skills, ambition, dedication, and doing all it takes to succeed. You will find videos and advice from the top leaders of the field. You can also find a list of the recent promotions for new and old consultants. When you promote to leadership, like RC,SC,EC, and NC look for your name here.

Emergency or Outage: They have also included a list of the delivery companies we do service with and their phone numbers. If a customer calls you because their power went out do to a storm or any reason other then they did not pay their bill, they need to call the service provider in their area. Ambit Energy does not service the line or read the meters. We only supply the energy. If you are not sure on who to call, you can call consultant support and they will be able to guide you to the correct contact.
