How to use PowerLine Voice Mail

 Ambit Energy provides a powerful business-building tool called PowerLine to help Consultants communicate with each other and to receive important and timely updates from the company.

 Every Ambit Energy Consultant has a voice mailbox on the PowerLine system right now!

Here’s how to log in via the web

and check your voicemail.

The first time you log in:

• Log in to your Power Zone back office using your Consultant ID and Password.

• Click on the PowerLine menu link on the upper row of navigation links on the Power Zone Home Page (next to the Ambit Store).

• Now you’re at the PowerLine LOGIN page.

Basic Users:

• In the Phone Number field, type in this phone number: (712)432-9444.

• Where it says Company ID/Extension, type in the numeric portion of your Consultant ID number (all the numbers without the “C”.)

• Where it says Access Code, type in 1234. This is your password for your first login. You may change it to any four-digit numeral once you’re in the PowerLine system.

• Click Login.

PowerLine Unlimited Users:

• Type in your assigned toll-free number.

• Where it says Access Code, type in 1234. This is your password for your first login. You may change it to any four-digit numeral once you’re in the PowerLine system.

• Click Login.

Here’s how to log in via your phone and check your voicemail.

Basic Users:

• Call this phone number: (712)432-9444.

• Type in the numeric portion of your Consultant ID number (all the numbers without the “C”.)

• Listen to a brief overview and select a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (pin).

• You’re in! Now you can check your voicemail messages.

PowerLine Unlimited Users:

• Call your assigned toll-free number.

• Press the star key (*).

• First-time Unlimited users, enter “1234” as your password; otherwise enter the pin you selected during your first log-in.

• You’re in! Now you can check your voicemail messages.
