HOW TO BE MOST EFFECTIVE IN SHOWING THE PRESENTATION/OPPORTUNITY....It is ultra important that you understand that when you are showing the plan to your prospect , that this is about them….not you! Being excited is awesome and contagious . Your “WHY “is your story of becoming involved as a consultant with Ambit . From there ….the rest of the presentation is about them …their “WHY” and the opportunity w/Ambit . In the following there will be some helpful and proven keys to success in presenting the opportunity . •HOW …..The Ambit DVD…… Setting aside a 45 minute slot of private/quiet time to show video in your home…their place . And informing your upline of your meeting , along with brief info on prospect . This is done so that when you are finished showing the plan they are available for a brief 3-way call to answer any questions your prospect has . So , let’s get started showing the DVD step by step. 1.Take 30 seconds to share w/them your WHY as to becoming involved with Ambit Energy
2.Have your prospect hold their questions (no interruptions) until the end of the video/in most cases their questions are answered thru the course of watching the entire video….It will establish the value of becoming a customer …..a consultant……or in many cases …BOTH

3.Informing your upline (SC) of your meeting , along with brief info on prospect . This is done so that questions your prospect has . (you may want to get more than 1 upline available)
4.FOLLOWING UP on a phone call within 30 minutes of them watching the presentation.
5.YOUR 1st COMMENT TO YOUR PROSPECT…… after they have viewed the on line presentation….”DIDN’T THAT MAKE SENSE”…..Their Response will be one of three comments ….YES , what do I do to get started…….NO (either not interested / or confused and needs more info)…..I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS….Great , hold on a minute , I am going to get them answered. You have established value in this process…”Exposure……Invitation….Now To The Business Presentation” done by a 3rd party . Be On Time Picking Them Up and Be Early To The Meeting . Remember , this is about your prospect and placing importance on the event ..not you. The presenters responsibilties will take care of showing the opportunity and answering questions .
1.GOING TO THE MEETING….Whenever possible make sure you pick up your prospects and personally take them to the meeting . This is important because they will know you are serious and committed. This isn’t about a social event …..this is about changing their lives financially and time freedom .
2.ENROUTE TO MEETING…..Be upbeat and Avoid conversation with prospects trying to answer questions of any kind or talking about the income…savings….the company….other consultants…etc. This can cause self destruction and disbelief in what you are wanting to accomplish . They will be much more attentive in the meeting without having pre-conceived thoughts.
3.AT THE MEETING LOCATION….Be sure you register your guests and take a few brief moments to introduce each of them to the Presenters of the Ambit Opportunity , as this is of tremendous value for your guests…to the presenter …as well as for you .
4.IN THE MEETING ROOM……Be sure to get seats in the front of the room and make sure you and your guests turn off their cell phones . Inform them to hold questions until presentation is over .
5.DURING PRESENTATION…..It is ultra important you be right with your guests thru the entire meeting and learn as they learn…observe as they observe..listen as they listen….dont talk w/them until it’s the meeting is over .
6.AFTER PRESENTATION….Get their questions answered by the SC’c and Above as they are there to support you and edify you and are there to help you in the prospects journey of joining Ambit Energy
7.CONCLUSION OF MEETING…..If your guests are ready to get started , suggest you have computer w/you to enroll them or have with you customer/consultant enrollment forms to get their info . This presentation format is usually done in a One-On-One / Two-On-One/ or small in home or group meetings . It is always beneficial to close a meeting by using upline to answer and/or edify you and your efforts and what Ambit is/has done for them.
